At S. Corbin Esthetics, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a safe, professional experience.

• All personal and medical information shared with us is kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing appropriate skincare services.
• Your information will not be shared with third parties without your written consent, except where required by law.
• Our Medical Director and product specialists may have access to your information as part of your professional skincare team.

PRACTICE POLICIES

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in a 30% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file or due prior to booking your next appointment.

2. Product Sales

• All product sales are final.
• For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on skincare or cosmetic products.

3. Appointment Timing

• Appointment times include check-in, consultation, treatment, and check-out.
• Times listed are not solely treatment time and are structured to ensure a smooth, unrushed experience for each client.

4. Children & Guests

• For the comfort and safety of all clients, children and additional guests are not permitted during treatments.
• Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Written consent may be required.

5. Professional Conduct

• We are committed to maintaining a respectful and relaxing environment.
• Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may result in refusal of service.
