At S.Corbin Esthetics, we are committed to providing a safe, professional, and relaxing enviornment for all of our clients. To ensure the best possible care and maintain the quality of our services, we kindly ask that all clients review and adhere to the following policies.
PRIVACY POLICY
-All personal and medical information shared with us is kept strictly confidential and used soley for the purpose of providing appropriate care.
-Your information will not be shared with any third parties unless required by law or with your written consent. Our Medical Director, and product specialist may be the only exception, and are considered part of your skincare team.
PRACTICE POLICIES
1. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
-We require a minimum of 25 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments will result in a $30 cancellation fee charged to the card on file or due before your next appointment.
2. Product Sales
All product sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns, or issue refunds on any skincare or cosmetic products.
3. CHILDREN & GUESTS
-For the comfort and safety of all clients, children are not permitted to accompany clients during treatments.
-Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for all services. Written consent may also be required.
4. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
-We strive to maintain a respectful and relaxing environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
